This Saturday, February 7 at 7:00 PM, the Chocolate Lovers Showcase returns to The Palms for an evening of culinary creativity in support of a great cause. 🍫
Last year, our team brought a mix of bold savoury and sweet flavours to the showcase — from chocolate popcorn with crispy bacon, chili, and Maldon sea salt, to double-fried potato with truffle and mushrooms, and a chocolate rice pudding served in crispy pani puri.
This year, we’re excited to return as @LuaBeachHouse at @SouthBankResort, joining fellow chefs and community partners for another unforgettable night of flavour, creativity, and friendly competition.
The Chocolate Lovers Showcase is a one-night culinary fundraiser in support of The Salvation Army and the Brighter Futures Centre, helping to fund essential lunch and youth programs that benefit children across the Turks and Caicos Islands. 🇹🇨
